JumpFlight Mediation Service
If the seller and the buyer agree to use this commercial service, the financial transaction will be processed by JumpFlight as follows:
1) The seller sends us an email that our mediation service is required.
2) JumpFlight sends an email confirmation to both parties, including the real names of the seller and the buyer.
3) The buyer makes the payment to JumpFlight via PayPal.
4) After receiving the payment, we will ask the seller to make the name change with the airline and sends his/her flight ticket to the buyer.
5) The seller receives the payment from JumpFlight within three weeks after the departure date. This will prevent him/her to do several name changes. We will charge the seller a fee of 10% for using our mediation service.
